8 July's my day.

50% Peranakan, 50% Cheena.
This 100% of me is made up of wonderful family and the loveliest friends, naive dreams, craziest jokes, countless unglamourous moments and definitely the liking for purple. Ultimate loves are ben& jerry's, pretty daisies, yummy eats, long bus-rides, juicy gossip and late nights out with the girlfriends(L). Mark my words, I'm gonna be a big thing some day.

Yakkity yakkity yak.

Monday, April 13

There's some problems with my current blogger account, my 2 previous posts can't be seen, leaving my blog with that silly long-expired post on MAN U (!!!) and how the week has been "crazy hectic" etc. Well I'm not keeping my hopes high for this post to be posted but yeah here goes:

LAST SYF PRACTICE .... ............... ... ):

I was watching our SYF video that was taken sometime in november last night for the..... umpteenth time. Only half the choreography, and we were like really (lousy). Showed it to the darling girls the other day at pinch of salt and we could bearly remember some of the steps or (we were once THAT bad).
Looking back at the times where we were so excited about the deadline for catching our back leg (2月28号 I remember!!).

How many of us could bearly even see our hou tuis and thought dls was freakin out of his mind to include everybody in the hou tui tiao part.
Till the time when I could catch a measly glimpse of it, see it completely, hook onto it, caught it once or twice with some luck, and eventually found the momentum to really catch it

A really good cause to exult (ha ha 1100 words!), well I guess the joy was really beyond words. And of course, the pain and disappointment when the handful of us was removed from that part..... ................ it was way worse, but it really made the dance neater so I guess it was worth it.

When Miss Ang showed us her ppt "Our Dance Journey", it was really inspiring and I admit I was pretty much shaken up.
We've really been through a lot, a lot together.
A lot of perspiring like pigs, a lot of shrieking over disgustingly wet dance pants, a lot of "Eh lend me your deodorant!!!", a lot of sexy bruises and sprains and cracks in the yao. A LOT.

And, it's our big big big day tomorrow.
We will, do our best, be the best.
PLEASE LAR JUST LOOK AT OUR COSTUME MANZ.
Have you seen such cool birds? (okay that sounds wrong.)

Special thanks go out to Dls for the great choreography and for believing in us, Mdm Kee who confesses today that she's been secretly watching us rehearse, and of course not forgetting our dear VP Mdm Tan who looked like she was really on the verge of tears.

LAST BUT NOT LEAST TO MY DARLING DANCERS. YOU GUYS ROCK MY SOCKS (:

Kay, I'm gonna turn in sharp at 9 cause I have wake up at 6 tomorrow :O
quote deon: "EH 9 O'CLOCK GO OH-OH HOR!!"

and I have to remember to bring a jacket, and not wear black undergarments tomorrow (HOR SILINGLINGLINGLINGLINGLING.)

OUR DAY TOMORROW (:
